TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Safer W.L.L platform (“Platform”), operated by Safer W.L.L (CR No. 175566-1), located in Muharraq, Bahrain. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, Bahraini laws, and all referenced policies. 

1.2 Updates: We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance. 

2. Our Role as a Mediator 

2.1 Safer W.L.L acts solely as an intermediary between users and third-party travel agencies. We do not: 

  • (a) Provide travel services directly.
  • (b) Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services booked through agencies.
  • (c) Assume liability for agency insolvency, fraud, or failure to deliver services.

2.2 All transactions are governed by the terms of the respective travel agency. 

3. User Obligations 

3.1 You agree to: 

  • (a) Provide accurate information (e.g., CPR, passport details) for legal compliance.
  • (b) Verify agency credentials, terms, and cancellation policies before purchasing.
  • (c) Use the Platform only if you are 18+ or have parental consent.

3.2Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent chargebacks, resale of bookings, or misuse of promotions.

4. Payments & Refunds 

4.1 Payment Methods: Direct (credit/debit card) or installment via Flooss. 

4.2 No Refunds: Safer does not issue refunds. All refund requests must be directed to the travel agency. 

4.3 Commission: Safer retains a commission from all transactions. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

5.1 Safer is not liable for: 

  • (a) Travel delays, injuries, or financial losses caused by agencies.
  • (b) Technical errors in third-party payment gateways.
  • (c) Data breaches caused by agencies or users.

5.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions due to pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions. 

6. Dispute Resolution 

6.1 Mandatory Mediation: Disputes must first be submitted to the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR). 

6.2 Governing Law: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled in Bahraini courts. Class actions are waived. 

7. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Terminated users forfeit unused bookings.
